The 2015 Open Golf Championship coverage at St Andrews was again compulsive viewing despite adverse weather with the bonus of play continuing until the Monday.....the decision to discontinue the yearly 'live' coverage of the Open will be a huge disappointment to many armchair viewers throughout the country... apparently highlights will be shown in prime Beeb time as Sky Sports takes over the broadcasting rights to this historic event...
